Do you have temperature-controlled units, and do I need one?

Yes. Our units are temperature-controlled — they hold a steadier temperature year-round, which matters in Jackson's cold winters and big seasonal swings for wood furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, and anything sensitive to freezing or heat. One thing worth knowing: we control temperature, not humidity. Jackson's a dry mountain climate, so wood, antiques, and instruments that were acclimated to a more humid place can dry out, shrink, or crack over time. If you're storing pieces like that, let us know — we'll walk through simple steps to protect them.

Is my property protected?

The facility is fully fenced and gated, with security cameras and secure units. We also recommend tenant protection or insurance for your stored belongings — ask us about options when you rent.

Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?

Yes — we stock boxes and packing supplies onsite, and offer shipping services. Ask our team when you stop by, and visit Black Diamond Moving and Storage to learn more!

Do you offer moving help?

We do — Black Diamond’s white-glove moving team can handle your move and your storage together. Give the white-glove moving team a call at (307) 739-8553, email us at admin@blackdiamondmoving.com, or visit our website.
